Vertis Venture 7 Digital Puglia

“Vertis Venture 7 Digital Puglia” is a co-investment fund that operates in sync and parallel with the “Vertis Venture 6 Digital Sud” fund, targeting entrepreneurial projects based in Apulia and focused on industrial and digital technologies.

The fund supports the growth of the most promising innovative companies in Apulia by carrying out seed and venture capital investments in initiatives aimed at introducing process or product innovations through digital technologies.

The fund is backed by the Apulia Region through the Equity Puglia resources managed by Puglia Sviluppo.

Vertis Venture 6 Digital Sud

Fund that supports the growth of the best innovative companies based in southern Italy, carrying out seed and venture capital interventions for the development of initiatives that present programs aimed at introducing process or product innovations with digital technologies.

The Fund was created thanks to the support of the anchor investor CDP Venture Capital SGR, through the “Digital Transition” fund that uses resources allocated by the EU through the NextGeneration EU initiative to promote the digital transition of supply chains and SMEs.

Vertis Venture 5 Scaleup

This fund represents the continuation of the investments of the "Vertis Venture 2 Scaleup" fund

"Vertis Venture 5 Scaleup", like the previous funds active in the scaleup phase, aims to support the growth of the best Italian innovative companies, investing in those that have completed the technological and product / service development and that must start or consolidate its commercial activities on a national and international scale

"Vertis Venture 5 Scaleup" makes investments in companies based in Italy, which operate through the development and marketing of solutions, products and / or services referable to the industrial and digital technology sectors

Vertis Venture 4 Scaleup Lazio

Fund that co-invests synchronously and parallel to the “Vertis Venture 2 Scaleup” in Lazio companies that deal with technology, products and/or services within the industrial and digital technologies sector

“Vertis Venture 4 Scaleup Lazio” supports the growth of the best innovative and technological companies based or that will be based in Lazio, investing in those that already achieve a fair revenue, make use of a quality management team and need substantial capital to do the dimensional leap

Vertis Venture 3 Technology Transfer

The aim of this fund is to promote the intellectual property of the Italian public and academic research by investing in projects of scientific entrepreneurship starting from the proof of concept

"Vertis Venture 3 Technology Transfer" makes investments in university spin-offs and companies originating from a startup incubator or accelerator that belongs to or is an affiliate of Research Bodies. It deals with technologies, products and/or services within the target sectors identified by Horizon 2020, "Industrial leadership" and "Challenges for society"

The fund supports spin-off companies throughout the entire development process

"Vertis Venture 3 Technology Transfer" is supported by InnovFin Equity, with the financial backing of the European Union under Horizon 2020 Financial Instruments and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) set up under the Investment Plan for Europe. The purpose of EFSI is to help support financing and implementing productive investments in the European Union and to ensure increased access to financing

Fund that supports growth in the international markets of the best Italian innovative companies, investing in the ones that completed their technical development and are just starting their commercial activities
